Cabinet sides are constructed of 3/4" 13 ply veneer core Oak panels, very
strong! Inside shelves are MDF. Joints are made with either dado or rabbet
for durability. Total height to table surface is 35”.
There are 5 drawers for bit storage that are capable of holding a combined
90 router bits. Because every router bit collection differs the drawers have
hole locations marked but are not drilled, this allows you to drill the size and
number of holes your collection requires, takes only a few minutes, and
save the rest of the space for future additions. One drawer is for wrenches,
bearings, bushings, etc. Lower storage drawer is mounted on K.V. roller
slides and large enough to hold several routers. The side 2 ½" quick-
connect dust port draws dust through the fence and out of the router
compartment while ventilating the router motor.
Side mounted Router Control Switch is rated at 20 amps and has a
removable Yellow safety key to prevent unauthorized start ups.
Table comes with 4 adjustable Leveling Feet to keep the unit stable.
STEEL REINFORCED TOP
The top construction starts with a durable MDF core for stability and also
helps dampen vibration. Unlike the common wood top that could warp over
time our tops have Two steel reinforcement struts that run the full width of
the top to insure its flat and stays that way for years of service. The edges
are thickened to 1-1/2” to securely mount the steel reinforcement struts
plus the extra heft for fixture clamping. All trimmed in Oak. Directly under
the router opening there are two more 3/4” wide steel support bars secured
into the top of the cabinet to support even the largest router and lift
combinations without worry. Weight tested to 200 pounds. What you end up
with is a top that is 1-1/2” thick in all the stressed areas, 3/4” MDF and 3/4”
Steel ! Top working surface 660 square inches, 22 x 30.
The 9-1/4”x 11-3/4”x 3/8" opening in top is CNC machined to exacting
specifications to accept many of the most popular router lifts, like
Woodpecker, Jessem, Woodhaven and Pinnacle. Clear 3/8”Acrylic router
plate with 8 leveling screws is included and ships blank for custom fitting to
routers up to 3 1/4 hp from All manufacturers. Aluminum 3/8"x 3/4" miter
track runs the width of the top that accepts standard miter gauges from
most tablesaws. Plate is offset to the backside of the table to allow more
working surface up front where its needed.

FENCE
The fence is constructed of 9 ply cabinet grade 1/2” Baltic Birch using glue,
brads and screws with enough supports to insure it stays square. Fence is
mounted to the table with large Star Shaped comfort grip knobs. A few turns
of the large knobs and the fence lifts off, leaving a smooth unobstructed
table for pattern and freehand work.
At 4-1/4" tall the split style segmented fence is ideal for control and accuracy
in all routing operations. The top section has an aluminum T-track that
accepts standard 1/4" hexhead bolts for attachments such as feather
boards, hold downs, stop blocks and guards.
The lower sections slide open from 0" to 3 1/2" for the safe use of larger bits.
Fence adjusts Forward and Back 5". Dust is collected through the fence
from under the table surface.

Shipping
After inspection the Top and Cabinet Base are removed for shipping.
Assembling the table with the supplied hardware is a simple project
requiring only a few minutes. Table weight 110 pounds.
